Leanne graduated with distinction from the University of Cape Town (UCT) in 2018. She returned to Johannesburg to complete her community service at Helen Joseph Hospital, where she found her passion for orthopaedic rehabilitation.

In 2019, she completed postgraduate courses in dry needling and taping techniques, and in 2020, she completed an advanced neuromuscular skeletal course.

Leanne is currently completing her Master’s Degree in Sports and Exercise with UCT, with a particular interest in running and researching the Comrades Marathon.

In her free time, Leanne enjoys running, hockey, and cycling.
