Caitlin graduated cum laude from the University of Stellenbosch in 2023 with a BSc in Physiotherapy. She completed her community service year in 2024 at Port Shepstone Regional Hospital in KwaZulu-Natal, where she gained valuable experience across many areas of physiotherapy, including orthopaedics, intensive care, paediatrics and neuromusculoskeletal rehabilitation.
She has a strong interest in orthopaedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation and has completed postgraduate training in dry needling. Caitlin is passionate about helping patients manage their pain and return to optimal function, while maintaining an active, healthy lifestyle.
In her free time, Caitlin enjoys hiking and has recently taken up running, with aspirations of completing a half-marathon in the future. She also loves spending time with family and friends, particularly if it is over a good braai while watching the rugby or Formula 1.
